3.1 One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the win1 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. win1 will close all duplicate accounts and may forfeit all balances held therein.
3.2 You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information is a ground for immediate account closure.
3.3 Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party. win1 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.4 You must notify win1 immediately via live chat or at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account or any security breach relating to your credentials.
3.5 win1 is required by its licensing obligations to conduct identity verification on all accounts. You may be required to submit government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. win1 may impose withdrawal restrictions or account suspensions pending the completion of KYC verification. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by win1 may result in account closure.
3.6 All personal information submitted for KYC purposes is processed in accordance with win1's Privacy Policy. win1 uses secure, encrypted document processing systems and retains KYC documentation only as long as required by applicable regulatory obligations.
4.1 win1 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and other Pakistani banks from time to time. Available payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.
4.2 Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100 (one hundred Pakistani Rupees) unless a specific promotion specifies a different threshold. win1 reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time.
4.3 Deposit Processing: JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited to your win1 balance within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfers typically settle within 5 to 30 minutes during normal banking hours. win1 is not responsible for delays caused by the player's bank, mobile network, or payment provider.
4.4 Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by win1 within 24 hours of submission, subject to the completion of any applicable wagering requirements, KYC verification, and fraud checks. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. win1 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
4.5 win1 does not accept payments from third parties. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the same name as the win1 account. Any deposit received from a payment method not matching the account holder's name may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
4.6 No Transaction Fees: win1 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may impose their own fees — win1 has no control over or liability for such third-party charges.
4.7 win1 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or cancel any deposit or withdrawal transaction that it reasonably believes to be associated with fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other prohibited conduct.
5.1 win1 offers various bonuses and promotions including, but not limited to, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific bonus terms, the bonus terms shall prevail with respect to that specific offer.
5.2 Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps are specified in the individual bonus terms. Players are responsible for reviewing and understanding these requirements before accepting any bonus.
5.3 win1 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Bonuses that have already been credited and partially wagered may be voided if evidence of bonus abuse is identified, including but not limited to: placing low-risk wagers to satisfy wagering requirements, exploiting bonus rules in a manner contrary to their intent, or using the same payment method across multiple accounts.
5.4 Bonus funds are not withdrawable until wagering requirements have been met. Any withdrawal request made while a wagering requirement is outstanding will result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance and associated pending winnings.
5.5 win1 reserves the right to limit one welcome bonus per household, IP address, device, or payment method, regardless of how many individual accounts are registered — though it is noted that only one account per person is permitted under clause 3.1.
6.1 All games and betting markets available on the win1 Platform are governed by the rules published within the game interface or sportsbook at the time of play. It is the player's responsibility to familiarise themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.
6.2 win1's sports betting odds and casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game outcomes captured on live video stream. win1 does not manipulate outcomes after wagers have been placed.
6.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed on each game or market. win1 reserves the right to modify stake limits at any time. Players who attempt to place bets exceeding published limits may have their bets reduced, refused, or voided.
6.4 Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical failure, software error, or communication disruption during gameplay, win1 will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the outcome of the affected game or wager from available data. Where this is not possible, win1 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the player's balance. win1 shall have no further liability in such circumstances.
6.5 Any obvious errors in odds, game outcomes, payouts, or bonus awards — including typographical errors, technical errors, or errors caused by system failures — may be corrected or voided by win1 at its sole discretion. Players who knowingly exploit such errors may have their accounts suspended and relevant winnings voided.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the win1 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, win1 may permanently close the account, void all pending and historical wagers associated with the breach, forfeit all balances (including real money and bonus balances), and report the matter to relevant authorities where legally required.

8.2 win1 provides the following responsible gaming tools accessible from the player account settings area: deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly); loss limits; session time limits; reality-check notifications; cooling-off periods; and self-exclusion (temporary or permanent).
8.3 Self-exclusion requests are actioned promptly. A player who has self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by creating a new account. win1 will take reasonable technical steps to prevent re-registration by self-excluded players and may pursue legal action in cases of deliberate circumvention.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits win1's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12.1 By win1: win1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, including but not limited to circumstances involving: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or criminal activity; failure to complete KYC verification; regulatory or licensing requirements; or operational necessity.
12.2 In cases of account closure for breach of these Terms, win1 may forfeit any balance in the account. In cases of closure for non-breach reasons (such as operational cessation), win1 will return the player's verified real-money balance after deducting any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements.
12.3 By Player: Players may close their win1 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon closure request, win1 will process any outstanding eligible withdrawal to the player's registered payment method, subject to the completion of any KYC requirements.

Complaints should be submitted as promptly as possible and in any event within 30 days of the event giving rise to the complaint.

14.1 win1 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time by publishing the updated version on the Platform. 14.2 If you disagree with any amended Terms, your sole remedy is to close your account in accordance with clause 12.3 before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
15.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which win1 holds its international gaming license.
